A few practical questions
Can I bring my own crew?
Yes. Your company applies once. Add your workers in My crew & tasks, then share the crew signup link. PRG reviews each worker’s role and trade eligibility before assignment.
Can I apply as a handyman?
Yes. Select the repairs and services you can perform. PRG verifies your capabilities and applicable credentials before assigning work.
Do I have to bid on the whole rehab?
No. Handymen and trade contractors can bid on selected work packages. General contractors can submit a whole-project proposal broken down by trade.
Can I visit the property before bidding?
Invited contractors can request a walkthrough and ask questions in the rehab workspace. Final bids require a completed on-site walkthrough.
How do I check my status?
Use Already Applied? Log In to open PRG Pro. Application status is available before a project is assigned. Approved contractors can open Rehab bids & delivery for invited projects.
